Step 5: Getting Qualified
It’s Not For Everyone
Some franchise organizations believe their system is for everyone. We don’t.
WeAreNetwork™ is an advertising and sales business. Typically, advertisers
do not look for you to spend their money for advertising. You have to go to them.
This means that you and your sales staff need to be “on the street,” not
behind a desk. Depending on the size of your local area or topic, you may wish
to hire sales people. If you wish to avoid staffing costs, you may wish to choose
a smaller WeAreNetwork™ territory or topic and run it yourself. If you
do not like promoting and selling, WeAreNetwork™ is definitely not for
you.
Entrepreneurs who cannot take "rejection" should not choose any sales-related
business. On the other hand, top sales people
recognize they have a much better chance of controlling their success and income
compared with a retail operation where owners rely on the customer finding
them and walking in the door.
WeAreNetwork™ is also a customer service business. Many companies talk
about customer service, but as a WeAreNetwork™ franchisee, you must be
willing and able to live it. Establishing and maintaining positive relationships
with local business owners will be key to your success.
Finally, a typical WeAreNetwork™ franchisee is 100% committed to the
business and needs to be hands-on. We don't recommend a WeAreNetwork™ franchise
for an investment unless you will be responsible for it or you have someone
that you are going to make your "key person" and will allow them
to make daily decisions regarding the business.

a great match for ours. The WeAreNetwork™business model
