Step 3: Your Investment

Affordable Franchise Fee
Local search WeAreNetwork™ franchises will eventually be sold on a population-based pricing model to reflect the size and income-potential of the trade area covered by the franchise. A more densely populated area means there are more businesses and a higher income potential for the local franchisee. This model ensures fairness; a franchisee purchasing a small city will pay less than if they were to purchase a larger city.

Low Initial Expenses
Setting up a new business always involves upfront expenses. The advantage of a WeAreNetwork™ franchise is that you are not required to make the major investments typically associated with a franchised business. Ie: office, land, industrial equipment, renovations, staff.

Your WeAreNetwork™ business is designed to be run from home. While you do not need to acquire commercial office space or special equipment, you will be required to invest in some common home computer technology. The cost of this equipment, if you do not already have it, should be no more than $5,000.

Other expenses may include; legal fees, accounting fees, phone, fax, insurance, and setting up your home office.

Working Capital
As with any business, it will take time and effort to raise the income level to where you can be self-sufficient. How fast you generate income from your WeAreNetwork™ business will largely depend on your efforts and abilities. It is common for new business owners to set aside sufficient funds to cover living expenses for 6-12 months.

Summary
Initial start-up costs and revenue growth rates will be different with each franchisee. However grouping all of the costs discussed above, as well as working capital, we recommend that you have access to $51,000-$91,000 before purchasing a  WeAreNetwork™ franchise. We require you to have at least $50,000 available in unencumbered cash.
